MINISTRIES
Sunday Morning is Just the Start
At Emmanuel, we believe Sunday is just the beginning of what life together is meant to be. Explore ways to get connected and find your place in our church family.
KID'S MINISTRY
Bring the whole family
Generations is our Sunday morning ministry for children ages 1–7.
We create fun, safe, and engaging spaces where kids can play, learn, and grow. Each week includes songs, crafts, Scripture memory, and age-appropriate Bible lessons designed to help young hearts be shaped by the gospel.
Our aim is to come alongside parents in introducing children to Jesus and nurturing a love for His Word.
All volunteers are trained through MinistrySafe and follow strict safety protocols, including background checks and secure check-in/check-out, to ensure every child’s care and well-being.
LIFE GROUPS
Build community by joining a small group
At Emmanuel, we believe the church is more than a building or a Sunday service—it’s a local, living, loving gathering of believers, committed to Jesus and to one another.
We cultivate that kind of gospel-shaped community through Life Groups—small groups that meet during the week in homes throughout the area. Life Groups are where discipleship deepens, practical needs are met, and real friendships grow.
They’re open to visitors and provide a great way to connect, grow, and live out the gospel in everyday life.
YOUTH MINISTRY
For Your Teens
At Emmanuel, we want to see every teenager grow deep roots in Christ that will last a lifetime. Rooted — our youth ministry — exists to help our 7th–12th graders know and delight in the gospel, learn what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life, and navigate the joys and challenges of their teenage years together in community.
We do this through teaching nights, small groups, service and ministry opportunities, and super-fun youth activities and socials — all leading up to our annual summer Youth Camp, a week students look forward to all year.
We’re deeply thankful and expectant for all that God will do through Rooted!
SERVING
Join a Sunday morning team
Sunday mornings at Emmanuel happen because of the joyful service of many hands and hearts working together.
Whether it’s greeting guests, setting up chairs, serving coffee, caring for children, or running sound and lyrics, you’ll find people of all backgrounds and stages of life serving together in meaningful ways.
While some ministry roles may require a specific skill or gifting, the vast majority of opportunities are open to anyone. Serving is a great way to use your gifts, meet new people, and feel more connected to the life of the church.
There’s a place for everyone—and we’d love to help you find the right fit.
MERCY MINISTRY
Be the hands and feet of Jesus
At Emmanuel, we love to engage with our community and find meaningful ways to serve those in need. Our Mercy Ministry exists to express the love of Jesus by caring for the poor, the vulnerable, and those facing hardship—both within our church and throughout the local community.
Whether it’s providing meals, offering rides, helping with practical needs, or simply being present with someone in a difficult season, Mercy Ministry is a tangible way we seek to be the hands and feet of Jesus in everyday life.
There are many ways to get involved, and while opportunities vary depending on current needs, there’s a place for everyone to serve with love.
We’d love to help you find your place in this vital work.
MORE TO COME
Laying foundations for gospel growth
As a new church, we’re committed to keeping things simple in our first year so we can focus on what matters most—delighting in the gospel deeply, applying the gospel broadly, and proclaiming the gospel boldly, so we might spread the joy of Jesus to Coatesville and beyond.
While our ministries are currently limited, we’re prayerfully and actively exploring ways to serve both our church family and our community more effectively. As we grow, we’re trusting the Lord to provide opportunities, raise up leaders, and show us how best to love and serve those around us.
We’re excited to see what God has in store!
